Your first flower! Nice. Does this need to be trimmed or do you have 6 leaf sets on that plant like the manual says? I just received mine today. After planted them, a couple seemed to be very wilted. One especially. Not long after planting it's leafs are flat on the unit. I don't know if it's just a transaction period for it, or if it was damaged in shipment. Looking forward to more of your updates.

Doug,

Thank you for the AeroGardenStrawberries.com blog's first comment ever. Since this particular plant already has seven leaf sets, we will not be pruning the flower. Keep an eye on your plants, but give them a little more time to see how they adapt to their new environment. Good luck!

Wow, your strawberries look great. I can't believe that this is what they are suppose to look like. I recieved mine on March 22nd and they all looked a little sad, wilted and brown edged. A few perked up but most are getting browner and sadder. I caleld CS and they were nice enough to ship out replacements for the ones that have brown roots. I am still having problems getting my replacements, but CS has been very helpful. I'll keep you posted and return here for tips. Thanks for the site!
